How often should I get my bins cleaned?
Many homeowners choose monthly cleanings to keep bins consistently fresh. Quarterly cleanings are a great option for seasonal maintenance, and on-demand service works well for one-time deep cleans.
When will I be charged for my service?
Customers are charged for the first clean immediately when they sign up. After that, your card is automatically charged on your day of service AFTER your bin(s) are left sparkling clean.
Are your cleaning products safe for pets and kids?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are safe for your family, pets, and landscaping.
What do you do with the dirty water?
We capture all wastewater during the cleaning process and haul it away for proper disposal. Nothing is left on your driveway, lawn, or storm drains.
How do I schedule or cancel a service?
You can sign up online or give us a call at (417) 319-4258. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just reach out and we'll accommodate your request as quickly as possible.
Do you offer commercial bin cleaning?
We would love to service your commercial dumpster. Dumpster areas are often neglected biohazards. Message us and we will take care of that for you.
Can you pressure wash like a normal exterior cleaning company?
Absolutely! Our system is capable of full pressure washing service at 8 gpm and 200 degrees. We can pressure wash your concrete driveway, patio, porch, deck, fence, and more! If you are in need of a full house wash, we can handle that too. We are here for all your exterior washing needs.
Do you do fleet washing?
Yes! Hydro Hive is an excellent choice for your business' fleet washing needs. Our hot water can cut through grease and road grime. We apply the proper machine cleaning chemicals to keep your vehicles and machines it good condition.
I'm in an HOA, can you make sure my bins are not left at the street?
Yes! We work with many people who live in strict HOAs. We understand that it is important to get the bins off the street the same day they are emptied. We do our best to service our HOA customers the same day their trash is emptied. We can work with you and your HOA!
